The red lines signify a third-of-a-circle separation between planets, which is known to be the most favorable angle. When another planet is a further third circle away, then the points all connect, forming what's called a Grand Trine, which resonates celestial harmony. Here's a double grand trine.

The blue lines signify separation by precisely five signs, which is known to be challenging. But when two such arcs share a common center, a beneficial green-line aspect results, completing a narrow triangle called a Yod, or Finger of God. The yod in this chart is pointing straight up! At the apex are Venus, Mars, Jupiter and the Moon's Node, all aligned. The deepest transcendental planets, Neptune and Pluto, serve to anchor the base of this astonishing configuration.

Some astrologers also give weight to Venus being located in its favored or what-they-call Exalted sign, that of Pisces. Mercury is situated in Aquarius, and that's Mercury's exalted station. Also, Saturn is exalted, in Libra. While other astrologers pooh-pooh the notion of exaltations.
